Joanne has an impressive background in both editing and writing clear and accurate material. She is a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Editors and Proofreaders (CIEP) in the UK. She has also studied a number of languages including Swedish and German. Joanne works as a project manager and her unique background helps her understand the needs of our clients when it comes to translating and editing texts.

With an educational background in linguistics, Natalia masters four languages fluently. She has long experience of project management in the branding and market communication sector. Within language services, she has worked on the client side, agency side and freelancer side, which allows her to understand all three perspectives.
